What are cookies and what does Iview Data use them for?

A cookie is a small text file made up of numbers and letters that are stored in your browser or on your computer when you visit a website. We use cookies on Iview Data to improve your experience and our services through increased functionality on the website.

There are two different types of cookies: session cookies and set cookies also called persistent cookies. A session cookie is automatically deleted if you turn off your browser and helps the website recognize you while you are active. In this way, the website will be able to remember what you have put in your shopping basket when you go from one page to another, and the messages you have seen so that you do not have to respond several times to the same thing. Fixed cookies are sent from Iview Data and are stored for a longer period of time on your hard drive.
