Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging and in resaleable condition.

To initiate a return, email sales@nuuo.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be returned in original, undamaged packaging with all accessories and documentation included
• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@nuuo.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

Return Postage

• Faulty or incorrect items: Return postage is covered by nuuo.co.uk
• Change of mind returns: Return postage is the responsibility of the customer

Warranty

All Magewell products carry a 3-year manufacturer warranty. Warranty claims can be made through nuuo.co.uk — contact sales@nuuo.co.uk with your order details.
