What is the Kiloview N1?
The N1 is the SDI counterpart to the N2 — a wireless encoder for broadcast SDI cameras. It accepts SD-SDI, HD-SDI and 3G-SDI and encodes to Full NDI or NDI HX over Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Particularly useful in existing broadcast environments where SDI cameras are wired with coax but have no Ethernet infrastructure — the N1 transmits Full NDI wirelessly without new Ethernet cable runs.
SDI camera wireless NDI
In many existing broadcast facilities, SDI cameras are wired with coax for video but have no network connection at the camera position. The N1 plugs into the SDI output, connects wirelessly to the production Wi-Fi, and delivers the camera as an NDI source without rewiring camera positions with Ethernet.

N1 vs E1-NDI?
The E1-NDI is wired and PoE powered from Ethernet. The N1 uses Wi-Fi and requires DC power. Choose E1-NDI when Ethernet is available at the camera position; N1 when only power and SDI are available.
The N1 outputs Full NDI and NDI HX to any NDI-capable production software on the same network.
