4K HDMI Into NDI Networks
The Magewell Pro Convert HDMI 4K Plus encodes 4K HDMI 2.0 sources — mirrorless cameras, cinema cameras, 4K PTZ cameras and 4K production switcher outputs — into Full NDI for distribution across standard Ethernet networks.
As 4K cameras become standard across professional production, the need to distribute 4K video over IP infrastructure without the cost of 4K SDI routing becomes increasingly important. The Pro Convert HDMI 4K Plus enables 4K NDI distribution over the same Ethernet infrastructure already in place, eliminating the need for 4K HDMI cable infrastructure between camera positions and production systems.
Simultaneous 4K NDI and Cloud Streaming
The simultaneous NDI, SRT and RTMP output enables hybrid workflows where the same 4K camera feeds both an on-site NDI production system for live switching and an internet stream for remote audiences — all from a single compact encoder.
